Scope of Work:
- Coordinate with and manage suppliers on a day-to-day basis
- Source and select suppliers; compare based on cost, quality, lead time, and production capability
- Follow up on production status and delivery timelines to keep them on plan
- Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (PO)
- Keep the production plan running smoothly once the design team finalizes the designs
- Coordinate with internal teams to support product launches and operations
- Receive incoming goods, verify quantity and quality, ensure proper storage, and update products to ready-for-sale status efficiently
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in production, sourcing, or supplier coordination (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Basic knowledge of garment production, fabrics, and the fashion supply chain is highly preferred
- Understanding of costing and margin calculation is an advantage
- Strong coordination and communication skills with both internal teams and suppliers
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Passion for fashion and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
