Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee assigned projects from planning through execution.
• Develop and manage project timelines, schedules, and deliverables.
• Track project progress and follow up on tasks across all internal and external teams.
• Coordinate and manage workflow to ensure work is handed over smoothly between relevant departments.
• Actively monitor dependencies and ensure timely information and deliverables are passed to the next responsible team.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
• Identify risks, resolve issues proactively, and keep projects on track.
• Manage project budgets, costs, and resource allocation.
• Prepare project updates, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Ensure proper project documentation, approvals, and change management.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in creative, or related fields.
• Strong project tracking, coordination, and workflow management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in budget control and project documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
