PATTARAPHAN | Jewelry Brand
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of our brand, products, jewelry care, special offers, and store policies.
- Be enthusiastic and confident in assisting customers with information and advice about our jewelry — from care and styling tips to repair and maintenance services according to brand policy.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience for every customer.
- Update and maintain product inventory in the brand’s system.
- Handle repair requests and coordinate with the production team for jewelry repair and return processes.
- Manage communication channels including phone calls and store emails.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports on schedule.
- Oversee all orders and product waitlists.
- Handle on-the-spot issues or unexpected situations with professionalism and composure.
- Attend monthly meetings and team discussions related to collaborations, special offers, marketing campaigns, and new collection launches.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Thai with at least conversational English proficiency and reading comprehension; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for customer service.
- Based in Bangkok and able to work at our Thonglor store on scheduled working days.
- Highly organized and capable of multitasking across various responsibilities.
- Proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets.
- No direct sales experience required, but prior experience is a plus.
- No specific jewelry or gemstone knowledge required, though interest in jewelry and fashion is strongly preferred.
- Problem-solving mindset, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Compensation: Monthly pay + commission
Work days: 4 days/week
Location: Thonglor store, Bangkok
