Role Overview:
We seek a polished and tech-savvy person with passion for high fidelity sound to join our showroom team. You’ll engage discerning clients, demonstrate luxury audio and smart home systems, and support sales through expert product knowledge and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Provide white-glove assistance to walk-in clients, architects, and designers.
- Product Expertise: Master our portfolio (audio brands, and system integration products, such as lighting control) to support our clients.
- Sales Support: Assist with quotes, follow-ups, and closing deals
- Showroom Curation: Maintain a flawless demo environment (e.g., calibrate systems, organize displays).
- Events: Support VIP listening sessions and product launches.
Ideal Candidates:
- Background: 1+ years in luxury retail, high-end electronics, or hospitality (audiophiles encouraged!).
- Skills:
- Fluent in English and Thai (additional languages a plus).
- Tech aptitude (able to learn audio/automation specs quickly).
- Impeccable presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Passion: For audio, design, or smart home innovation.
- Attitude: Proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a boutique environment.
Salary: Based on work experience and agreement
