Archives Design | Collectible Furniture & Object Shop
We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and confident in client communication, with an interest in design, art, interiors, and cultural brands. This role focuses primarily on sales, client management, and supporting the studio’s overall communication and commercial direction.
Responsibilities
- Manage sales inquiries, quotations, client communication, and follow-ups across the studio’s different business areas
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, retailers, and industry contacts
- Identify new sales opportunities and support the growth of the studio across retail, hospitality, corporate, and private sectors
- Support marketing activities, launches, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns aligned with the brand direction
- Prepare presentations, proposals, sales materials, and supporting marketing assets when needed
- Monitor sales performance, customer engagement, and market trends to support business growth
- Work closely with the founder and creative team to ensure consistency across sales communication and brand presentation
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, client relations, marketing, or related fields
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable managing client communication and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic office tools
- Thai and English communication skills preferred
- Understanding of branding, storytelling, and design-oriented businesses
- Interest in design, art, interiors, fashion, hospitality, or cultural industries
- Comfortable working in a small, collaborative, and fast-moving environment
