As our brand continues to grow, we are looking for a Senior Sales Consultant to join our team. This role combines storefront sales and online sales support, working closely with the Sales Manager to assist both local and international clients while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is an opportunity to be part of a growing team that is redefining modern fine jewelry.
Role Overview:
This position is a hybrid between storefront sales and office based client support. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to support both in store and online sales, including international customers. When required, you will assist at our storefront locations while also helping manage customer inquiries and maintaining records through our CRM system. The role also includes supporting the brand’s growth through showcase events overseas. You may travel abroad to represent Social Diamond and assist with client engagement, potentially as frequently as monthly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is attentive to detail, and thrives in a fast paced, client focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers during storefront shifts
- Guide clients in selecting the perfect jewelry pieces
- Support online inquiries from overseas customers
- Manage follow ups and maintain accurate records through the CRM system
- Manage all custom orders in the pipeline to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain long term customer relationships
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Represent Social Diamond as a brand ambassador and uphold brand standards
- Travel overseas for showcase events when required
Who We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficient in English
- Experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with luxury or high value products is a plus.

Working Arrangement:
Working hours follow a retail based rotating schedule and may include storefront shifts depending on business needs. The role operates on a 5 to 6 day work week, typical of retail environments.
