Since 2017, we have earned a reputation as one of the top Vegan/Vegetarian restaurants in the city, known for our fresh, flavorful dishes and commitment to sustainability. Our team is passionate, creative, and driven by a love for great food and positive impact. Additionally, we manage properties in Thailand, requiring a dynamic and organized individual to oversee both our digital presence and operational tasks. We are seeking a creative and resourceful Social Media & Content Manager who can also take on administrative coordination duties to support our business and properties 

Role Overview:
This hybrid role combines digital marketing with administrative and personal assistant responsibilities. You will be responsible for managing our restaurant’s social media presence, creating engaging content, and assisting with various business and personal tasks related to our properties in Thailand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media & Content Creation:
  • Develop, curate, and manage engaging content 
for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive 
brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, 
and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the team to capture high-quality images 
and videos of food, restaurant ambiance, and events.
  • Track and analyze social media performance 
and implement strategies for growth.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors 
to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.


Personal Assistant & Administrative Support:

  • Assist with scheduling, appointments, 
and calendar management for the owner.
  • Handle email correspondence for both 
the restaurant and Thailand properties.
  • Oversee property management tasks in Thailand, 
including liaising with local vendors and service providers.
  • Maintain records, documents, and reports as needed for both businesses.

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Proven experience in social media management, 
content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Proficient in both English and Thai
  • Strong writing and visual storytelling skills with an eye for aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in social media tools, analytics, and content scheduling platforms.
  • Experience in administrative or personal assistant roles is highly desirable.
  • Highly organized with excellent multitasking and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
