LARDER | Artisanal Bakery and Charcuterie
LARDER is an artisanal bakery and charcuterie, one of its kind in all of Thailand. We have secured a strong presence in Bangkok and would like to continue to do so by becoming more active on social media platforms. We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to join our team and help elevate our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok).
- Create engaging and visually appealing content (posts, stories, videos) that aligns with our brand voice and drives customer engagement.
- Monitor social media trends, customer feedback, and competitors to refine our strategies.
- Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to highlight promotions, events, and seasonal menus.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports on social media engagement and growth.
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the restaurant.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary: 50k-60k+ ( based on experience)
Benefits:
- 15 ph+ 7 annual leave + 7 non paid holidays (30 days total holiday allowed)
- monthly bonus 3,500 per month
- 5 day work weeks, social security 50% paid by company.
