A cinematic fusion of a cozy living room at friends’ vacation house, a secret dance club, an art restaurant and an otherworldly community living space creating an entirely new art-infused living experience for the brave and ever- changing world we inhabit.
The Fig Lobby is a fine exhibition of experimental frame of mind, willing to celebrate the progress, and not waiting for permission not perfection.

Responsibilities: 

  • Core Responsibilities 
    • Content Creation & Strategy
      • Develop a monthly content plan for each account  
      • Stay up to date with trends, viral content, and platform updates
      • Ensure content aligns with each brand’s unique style and guidelines  
    • Content Production
      • Shoot, edit, and write all content  
      • Must have an iPhone 15 Pro / 16 (latest phone required for high-quality content)  
      • Create Reels, static posts, and carousel content  
      • Work with models and influencers to create content  
    • Posting & Scheduling
      • Post manually on working days
      • Ensure all content is published on time and consistently 
    • Engagement & Community Management
      • No administrative work (DMs handled by others)  
      • Responsible for replying to comments to maintain engagement  
    • Analytics & Strategy Optimization
      • Track performance and engagement metrics
      • Adjust strategy based on data insights  
      • Provide a monthly SMM report with key takeaways and recommendations  
    • Collaboration
      • Work independently but closely with the Creative Director for direction and brainstorming  
      • Attend brainstorm meetings if needed
      • Assist with content creation for influencer collaborations
  • Content & Posting Schedule
    • Posting Frequency
      • The Fig Lobby – 16 posts per month  
      • The Amalaki – 9 posts per month  
    • Stories
      • 1 story per working day per account  
    • Work (User-Generated Content & Collaborations) 
      • 1-3 reposts per month, based on occupancy and marketing needs  
    • Approval Process
      • Submit a content plan every 20th of the month for approval by the Creative Director & Managing Director 
  • Platform Management & Reporting
    • Ads & Organic Content 
      • The SMM will not run ads but must create ad creatives when needed  
      • Focus on organic content growth 
    • Insights & Reporting
      • Monthly performance report covering engagement, growth, and insights  
      • Expected to suggest strategy adjustments based on results  
  • Collaboration & Workflow  
    • Scheduling Tools
      • No automated scheduling– all posts can be done manually
    • Team Coordination
      • Works mostly alone
      • Brainstorms & strategy discussions with the Creative Director  
      • Expected to attend photoshoots when necessary  
    • Meetings
      • Two check-in meetings per month with the Creative Director  
  • Event Coverage & Flexibility
    • The SMM must be flexible and available to attend events hosted at The Fig Lobby, and The Amalaki
    • Responsible for capturing content live, including photos, videos, and stories
    • Ensure real-time posting to maximize engagement and event visibility
    • Collaborate with the Creative Director and event organizers to align on the best content angles
    • Stay adaptable to last-minute event changes and content needs
  • Compensation & Terms
    • Payment Structure
      • Full-time monthly salary (TBD)  
    • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs
      • Increase brand visibility, engagement, and sales through organic content  
    • Missed Deadlines / Underperformance
      • Warnings issued for missed deadlines or low-quality work  
    • Probation period
      • The initial probation period for the Employer to assess the Employee’s work performance shall be 90 days, with 1 month renewal if needed conducting the maximum probation period to 119 days. During the probation period, the employment can be terminated without any reasons by either party giving to the other 7 days written notice or salary in lieu of such notice. After the probation period, the Employer shall abide by such laws and regulations established by the Local Labor Laws of Thailand.
    • Exclusivity
      • During working hours, the SMM must be fully dedicated to this role  
      • Outside of working hours, they are free to take on other projects
