Role Overview
As part of the Supply Chain Team, you will manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain: sourcing recycled materials, coordinating with mills and factories, ensuring timely production, and delivering sustainable products to global partners.
This role ensures that SC GRAND’s supply chain is not only efficient and scalable, but also sustainable and impact-driven, aligned with our circular economy goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day supply chain operations: raw material sourcing, production planning, logistics, and delivery.
- Collaborate with recycling partners, spinners, and fabric mills in Thailand and ASEAN.
- Track and optimize supply chain costs, lead times, and quality control.
- Implement circular supply chain practices — traceability, recycled content tracking, CO₂ reduction.
- Support international client orders (brands, corporates) with accurate timelines and order fulfillment.
- Work with internal teams (Sales, R&D, Circular Solution) to align supply chain with business growth.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for management to monitor supply chain performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or procurement (textiles/apparel preferred).
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of sustainable supply chain, recycling, or textile industry is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing, purpose-driven company.
- Good communication in Thai and English.
