Account Executive / Advertising Sales

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets for Vogue Thailand and Vogue Beauty.
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Research new potential clients and arrange meeting with them to present media products.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team, creative team, or other relevant teams to prepare media kits tailored to clients’ needs.
  • Attend sales meetings.
  • Manage and schedule shooting dates, including participation in client events and workshops as required.
  • Provide recommendations and creative ideas to clients.
  • Meet the yearly and monthly revenue targets established by the company.
  • Stay update on industry trends within fashion, beauty, and digital marketing to ensure our sales propositions remain innovative and competitive.
  • Manage sales performance to achieve KPI targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in media Sales, Digital Advertising.
  • An understanding of customer and market dynamics, as well as business requirements.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Pleasant personality and a strong service mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good overall computer literacy.
  • Hardworking, with the ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with critical deadlines.
