We’re looking for a Senior AE who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to make big ideas happen—on time and on point.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and execute experiential marketing projects, events, and activations for both local and multinational clients—from corporate giants to lifestyle-driven brands.
- Be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring expectations are aligned, managed, and exceeded.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams including Project Executives, Creative, Design, Production, and Finance to bring ideas to life.
- Handle day-to-day project administration, documentation, and SOPs—because great work needs solid structure.
- Source, coordinate, and manage vendors to ensure smooth execution, especially when event day chaos hits.
- Assist in planning timelines, estimating costs, preparing budgets, and controlling expenses throughout the project lifecycle.
- Step up as Project Lead when assigned—managing the team, clients, and overall execution like a pro (pressure included, pride guaranteed).
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience as an Senior Account Executive in Event, BTL Marketing, Activation, Experiential Marketing, or Conference Management.
- Good command of English for client and internal communication.
- Strong client service mindset with excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsible—yes, we love perfectionists.
- Creative, confident, charming, and full of ideas.
- Able to stay calm, sharp, and solution-focused under pressure (event people know the drill).
