Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service (Chat & Online Support)
- Respond to customer inquiries via Line, Instagram DM, Facebook Inbox, email, and other online channels in a polite, friendly, and brand-aligned tone.
- Provide accurate product information including sizing, pricing, stock availability, and promotions.
- Assist customers with order-related issues such as address changes, payment errors, or delivery updates.
- Handle exchange/return cases and coordinate with the warehouse team.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve service quality.
- Ecommerce Operations
- Process daily online orders and ensure accuracy of order details.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure timely and correct fulfilment.
- Support new product uploads: product information, descriptions, pricing, images, color/size variations.
- Monitor and update website stock levels and product data.
- Track parcel status, manage damaged/claim cases, and support refund procedures.
- Assist in preparing ecommerce performance reports and identifying customer or product trends.
Qualifications:
- 1β3 years of experience in Customer Service or Ecommerce (fashion/retail experience is a plus).
- Strong service mindset: polite, patient, and solution-oriented.
- Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Fast typing speed and familiarity with online platforms.
- Proficient in ecommerce platforms and Google Workspace.
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and coordination skills.
- Passion for customer experience and an understanding of fashion is a plus.
