We work with entertainment brands, FMCG companies, and any businesses who want to build brand love through high-quality, well-crafted merchandise.

Role Overview
We’re looking for a passionate, organized, and relationship-driven Account Executive to join our growing team. This role will be the bridge between clients and our internal creative and sourcing teams—ensuring smooth communication, strong client satisfaction, and on-time project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Sales Support: Assist in sales activities—research, create pitch decks, coordinate samples, and follow up on leads.
  • Project Coordination: Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication across internal design, production, and sourcing teams.
  • Brief Development: Help translate client needs into clear creative and production briefs.
  • Proposal Support: Draft quotations, project scopes, and product presentations.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain long-term relationships with clients, understand their brand, and proactively suggest new merchandise ideas.
  • Quality Control: Ensure final deliverables meet client expectations and brand standards.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay on top of trends in merchandise, fashion, lifestyle, and branding to help propose relevant and creative product ideas.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years experience in Account Management, Project Coordination, Client Services, or related fields
(Fresh grads welcome if highly motivated and organized).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English (a plus)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management.
  • A proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience in Google Sheets, Canva or similar presentation tools is a plus.
  • Background in sales or client management role is a bonus — but not required.
