Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager (Marketing) to lead and execute marketing initiatives in the Hospitality & F&B sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. This role requires expertise in digital marketing, event management, content oversight, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing & Brand Management:
    • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and customerloyalty.
    • Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media management, paid advertising, and emailmarketing.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, campaigns, and communication channels.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align marketing strategies with businessobjectives.
  • Events Management:
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional events, activations, and industry trade shows to boost audience engagement and business growth.
    • Liaise with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure seamless event execution.
    • Analyze event performance and develop strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Content & Team Oversight:
    • Supervise content creators, designers, and freelancers to ensure brand alignment and high-quality content production.
    • Develop and implement content marketing strategies that align with brand objectives and audience engagement goals.
    • Review and approve content before publication to maintain brand standards and messaging consistency.
  • Performance & Reporting:
    • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns, digital channels, and event activations.
    • Generate detailed performance reports with insights and recommendations for marketing optimization.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to keep strategies innovative and competitive.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
    • Act as a key liaison between the company and hospitality & F&B businesses, ensuring alignment of marketing efforts with business goals.
    • Provide strategic marketing consultation and ensure clients’ needs are met effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or account management within the hospitality and F&B industry.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, social media strategy, and event management.
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools, CRM systems, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset to optimize marketing strategies.
