Job Description:
- Daily & Weekly settle payment employee (Advance & Reimbursement around 200 – 400 request per weeks)
- Weekly & Monthly settle payment local (400 – 500 vendors), Including maintain & Request vendor master (such as bank account, payment method etc.)
- Support employees & Vendor via phone/MS team & email
- Monthly record & reverse accrued & prepaid expenses
- Monthly GL monitoring for AP local part and or GL InCharge, Quarterly / yearly support auditor and other duties as assign.
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree of Accounting
- 3 – 5 years’ work experiences of Account Payable & GL
- Experience in trading company fields 1-2 year will be advantage.
- Able to use Microsoft Excel, Power point, SAP, Power BI will be advantage
