Job Descriptions:
- Issue tax invoices and related documents as assigned, while reviewing internal documents such as tax invoices, payment slips, and receipts for accuracy.
- Assist with data entry into the stock system and coordinate with the accounting department to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Collaborate effectively with the Design and Production departments to streamline workflow and achieve project goals.
- Organize and maintain documents systematically to ensure quick and efficient access.
- Prepare export documentation for DTC and wholesale orders, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via Line Official, providing clear and accurate information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Fluent in English and Thai, with strong communication skills to collaborate with international management teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Service-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Creative Cloud is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Relevant experience or interest in fashion and design will be taken into consideration.
