Studio Perception is a Bangkok-based interior design studio specializing in Workplace and Healthcare Design.

Position Definition:
The Business Development Executive plays a key role in driving business growth and identifying new opportunitiesfor Studio Perception. This position focuses on identifying potential clients and projects, particularly in corporate workplace and commercial interior design, introducing the company’s expertise, building relationships with key decision-makers, and converting business opportunities into actual projects.
The ideal candidate demonstrates proactiveness, excellent communication and negotiation skills, commercial awareness, and a results-driven mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities, particularly in workplace and commercial interior design.
- Research potential clients, target companies, and key decision-makers.
- Generate qualified leads and build a strong pipeline of potential projects.
- Present Studio Perception’s portfolio, capabilities, and services to prospective clients in both Thai and English.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, consultants, and business partners.
- Understand client requirements, project budgets, timelines, and business potential.
- Coordinate with the design and management teams to prepare proposals and presentations.
- Follow up on business opportunities, support negotiations, and drive potential projects toward successful closure.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Interior Design, Business Development, Sales, or Client Relations within the design industry.
- Good understanding of interior design, materials, and design processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English.
- Confident, professional, quick-thinking, and resourceful, with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Commercially minded, proactive, and confident in approaching new clients and decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and results-oriented, with a strong drive to develop new business opportunities.
