Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management
    • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals
    • Create engaging content across platforms, including video, static, and copywriting
    • Monitor and analyze performance to refine content and campaign strategies
    • Stay up-to-date with social trends and platform algorithm changes
    • Handle online communications and manage potential crises when needed
  • Creative & Production Oversight
    • Generate and oversee creative content across digital and offline channels
    • Lead collaboration with in-house and external teams to deliver high-quality visual and written assets
    • Manage production timelines, budgets, and agency relationships
    • Maintain brand consistency and a centralized creative asset library
  • Media & Promotional Strategy
    • Work closely with the campaign team to align media planning with marketing objectives
    • Plan and execute promotional campaigns to drive awareness, traffic, and sales
    • Collaborate with CRM and partnership teams to integrate efforts and maximize impact
    • Track results and optimize future initiatives based on data-driven insights
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Serve as the internal media expert, supporting campaign planning with platform and targeting expertise
    • Coordinate across departments including branding, digital, analytics, and operations
  • Team Leadership & Project Management
    • Supervise and inspire junior team members or external collaborators
    • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely execution and high quality
    • Support executive leadership with ad-hoc strategic projects and company representation at key events

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, or social media
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record in managing campaigns and content development
  • Excellent understanding of digital ecosystems and performance marketing principles
  • Analytical mindset with experience using analytics platforms (GA4, GTM, etc.)
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and major platforms (Meta, TikTok, LINE, YouTube, X)
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to thrive under pressure
  • Proactive and adaptable in a dynamic environment
