Role Overview:
The Assistant Retail & Distribution Manager supports the execution of Stonegoat’s retail and wholesale operations. This role focuses on driving store performance, supporting inventory and distribution processes, and ensuring operational excellence across channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retail Performance Support
- Support store sales performance and KPI tracking (revenue, GP%, stock turns)
- Assist in implementing sales strategies and promotions
- Monitor sell-through performance and recommend actions
- Merchandising & Buying Support
- Assist in assortment planning and stock allocation by store
- Support seasonal buying plans and replenishment
- Ensure product availability aligns with sales demand
- Operations & Inventory Management
- Oversee stock movement, transfers, and replenishment across stores
- Support inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and shrink control
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams
- B2B / Wholesale Coordination
- Support wholesale account operations and order management
- Assist in forecasting and tracking wholesale performance
- Coordinate with partners on product availability and delivery timelines
- Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
- Analyze key metrics (sell-through %, stock levels, slow/fast movers)
- Identify issues and propose action plans
- Visual Merchandising & Store Standards
- Ensure VM guidelines are executed across stores
- Support store setup for new launches and campaigns
- Cross-functional Coordination
- Work with Marketing on promotions and campaigns
- Coordinate with Finance on stock and sales reporting
- Support Retail Manager in executing expansion plans
About You:
- 2–4 years experience in retail operations, merchandising, or distribution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of retail KPIs and inventory management
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 30,000 – 35,000 THB / month
