We’re not looking for a manager. We’re looking for a storyteller.
VIBES LAB is a scent branding studio working with top-tier hotel chains and Top Brands in Thailand. Now, we’re looking for someone to help us shape unforgettable customer journeys, consult clients on brand aesthetics, and turn their spaces into sensorial masterpieces.
If you obsess over art direction, know how to connect culture with commerce,
and have an eye for experience design, this one’s for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead scent-based brand experiences for global hotel chains
- Work closely with GMs, designers & architects to refine customer touchpoints
- Translate brand values into immersive journeys (from lobby to cold towel)
- Plan and execute tests, installations, and audits across Thailand
- Pitch new ideas, close big contracts, and own client relationships
What Success Looks Like:
- You’ve got 3–5 years in branding, creative direction, or hospitality
- You are creative but you are hungry
- You can present to a CEO, sketch an idea for a designer, and still make it on-site for a scent install
- You believe first impressions matter
