Brand & Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Build & Grow Brands
  • Lead the development of F&B brands, including brand identity, positioning, storytelling, customer experience, and growth strategies.
  • Develop brand launch plans, annual marketing calendars, and strategic initiatives.
• Strategy & Execution
  • Execute marketing strategies by managing briefs, timelines, cross-functional coordination, agencies, vendors, and campaign execution.
  • Solve operational issues while ensuring projects are delivered on time.
• Marketing Performance
  • Present campaign plans and performance to management.
  • Monitor market trends, evaluate results, and optimize strategies.
• Team Leadership
  • Lead and develop the Marketing & Communications team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Brand Partnerships
  • Develop brand collaborations, PR, influencer marketing, partnerships, and special projects to drive brand awareness.
• Brand Creative Direction
  • Ensure all creative assets and communications align with brand identity and business objectives.
  • Provide creative direction to Graphic Design, Content, and Communications teams to maintain brand consistency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience in the F&B, bakery, or FMCG industry, including experience in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of brand management, digital marketing, social media, and consumer behavior.
• Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into effective marketing strategies.
• Strong project management skills with experience working across cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to provide creative direction and constructive feedback while ensuring brand consistency.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: 60K-100K THB
Location: Empire Tower A, (Near BTS Chong Nonsi) – Sathorn, Bangkok
