Role Overview:
We’re looking for a creative, results-driven marketer passionate about nightlife, hospitality, and cocktail culture. You’ll grow our brand, drive venue traffic, engage customers, and create impactful campaigns that turn customers into loyal communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand & Venue Marketing: Plan and execute campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, table reservations, and beverage sales.
- Social Media & Community: Create engaging content and manage social media platforms to strengthen brand presence and build a loyal community.
- Events & Promotions: Develop campaigns for guest shifts, happy hours, live music, special events, and seasonal activations.
- Strategy & Market Insights: Monitor nightlife trends, customer behavior, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Partnerships & Influencers: Build relationships with influencers, KOLs, media partners, and nightlife and hospitality communities.
- Campaign Performance: Track and optimize campaign results to maximize engagement, venue traffic, and ROI.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Social Media Marketing.
- Experience in bars, cocktail bars, nightlife, hospitality, restaurants, or F&B brands is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of nightlife culture, cocktail trends, hospitality marketing, and customer behavior.
- Experience in event promotion, special activations, and community-driven campaigns.
- Creative, proactive, adaptable, and equipped with strong execution and communication skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- An existing network in hospitality, nightlife, media, or influencer industries is a plus.
