The Business Development Executive plays a key role in driving sales, identifying new market opportunities, and coordinating projects to expand our brand’s presence. This dynamic position combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, requiring a proactive and creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development:
- Develop strategies that drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key clients.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns to boost sales.
- Market Research & Opportunity Identification:
- Research and identify new business opportunities, including new locations, markets, collaborations, and products.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Project Coordination:
- Manage end-to-end coordination of business development initiatives and campaigns.
- Liaise with internal teams (design, marketing, production) and external partners to ensure project goals are met.
- Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables to keep projects on track.
- Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture relationships with potential partners, influencers, and collaborators.
- Reporting & Strategy:
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and project outcomes.
- Work closely with the management team to refine strategies and align business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or project coordination (preferably in the fashion or jewelry industry).
- Strong understanding of the fashion and jewelry market, including current trends and customer preferences.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and data analysis tools is a plus.
- A proactive, creative, and solutions-oriented mindset.

- Sales Growth: Revenue increase, new clients, and sales conversion.
- Market Expansion: New markets, partnerships, and successful product launches.
