The Business Development Executive plays a key role in driving sales, identifying new market opportunities, and coordinating projects to expand our brand’s presence. This dynamic position combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, requiring a proactive and creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development:
    • Develop strategies that drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key clients.
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns to boost sales.
  • Market Research & Opportunity Identification:
    • Research and identify new business opportunities, including new locations, markets, collaborations, and products.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Project Coordination:
    • Manage end-to-end coordination of business development initiatives and campaigns.
    • Liaise with internal teams (design, marketing, production) and external partners to ensure project goals are met.
    • Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables to keep projects on track.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Establish and nurture relationships with potential partners, influencers, and collaborators.
  • ⁠Reporting & Strategy:
    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and project outcomes.
    • Work closely with the management team to refine strategies and align business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or project coordination (preferably in the fashion or jewelry industry).
  • Strong understanding of the fashion and jewelry market, including current trends and customer preferences.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and data analysis tools is a plus.
  • A proactive, creative, and solutions-oriented mindset.

  • Sales Growth: Revenue increase, new clients, and sales conversion.
  • Market Expansion: New markets, partnerships, and successful product launches.
  • Project Coordination: On-time project completion 
  • Relationship Management: Client retention and partner satisfaction.
