Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee assigned projects from planning through execution.
- Develop and manage project timelines, schedules, and deliverables.
- Track project progress and follow up on tasks across all internal and external teams.
- Coordinate and manage workflow to ensure work is handed over smoothly between relevant departments.
- Actively monitor dependencies and ensure timely information and deliverables are passed to the next responsible team.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Identify risks, resolve issues proactively, and keep projects on track.
- Manage project budgets, costs, and resource allocation.
- Prepare project updates, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Ensure proper project documentation, approvals, and change management.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in creative, or related fields.
- Strong project tracking, coordination, and workflow management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in budget control and project documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
