We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and positive Project Manager to join our team and work closely with the Director.
This role will be responsible for managing multiple projects from planning to delivery, while acting as the key connector between our internal team, clients, and external partners.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage multiple projects, timelines, priorities, and deliverables simultaneously
- Work directly with and report to the Director
- Coordinate closely with internal creative, strategy, design, and production teams
- Communicate professionally with clients, partners, and external teams
- Lead project follow-ups and ensure every task moves forward according to timeline
- Prepare and develop professional proposal decks, presentations, and project documents
- Support meetings, presentations, client discussions, and project planning
- Identify potential issues and proactively find solutions before they become problems
- Make sure communication between all parties is clear, efficient, and aligned
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Account Management, Project Coordination, or a related role
- Strong project management and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Strong presentation and proposal deck creation skills
- Confident communicating with both internal teams and clients
- Organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Solution-oriented with a proactive mindset
- Most importantly, a positive thinker who brings good energy to the team
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just manage tasks, but understands the bigger picture, communicates clearly, takes ownership, and helps move both the team and the project forward.
