Overview:

We arelooking for a high-energy Project Associate to manage prestigious accounts and ensure our bespoke lighting solutions are delivered with excellence from concept to installation.
Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term partnerships with key stakeholders, including Interior Designers, Developers, and owners of high-end residences.
- Consultative Sales & Presentation: Introduce premium product lines, curate professional design presentations, and generate accurate quotations tailored to project needs.
- Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring strict accountability and resolving site-specific or logistical issues with efficiency.
- Internal Coordination: Work closely with the design and production teams to verify order specifications and ensure technical feasibility.
- Global Mobility: Maintain the flexibility to work overtime and travel—both domestically and internationally—to support project milestones.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Language: Excellent English and Thai proficiency (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing) for professional international business correspondence.
- Professionalism: Strong interpersonal skills with a polished personality and the ability to command a room during presentations.
- Expertise: A foundational knowledge of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) is a significant advantage.
- Mindset: Service-oriented, high-energy, and a lifelong learner with a passion for aesthetics and luxury design.
- Eligibility: Thai citizen, aged 27–32 years.
Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years of experience in Interior Design, Marketing or related fields
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or related fields
- Fluent in English and Thai (both written and spoken)
- Passion for luxury, wellness, lifestyle, and branding
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Resourceful, creative, and trendy
- Strong initiative with a “can-do” attitude
