Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive the approved strategy, scope, budget, deliverables and success measures from the Co-Lab Lead and convert them into a detailed execution plan.
  • Build and manage the integrated project timeline, workstreams, owners, dependencies, milestones and approval process.
  • Coordinate the appropriate functional teams depending on the solution – including Content & IP, Audience Growth, Community, Experience & Events, Post Production, talent, experts, vendors and external partners.
  • Run project kick-offs, status meetings and action tracking; maintain one clear source of truth for deliverables, decisions, risks and deadlines.
  • Manage day-to-day client coordination during execution while escalating strategic, commercial or relationship issues to the Co-Lab Lead.
  • Track project budget and attributable internal / external costs; identify potential overruns early and recommend corrective action.
  • Control scope changes and ensure additional work is documented and commercially approved before execution.
  • Ensure each work-stream delivers against the agreed client solution rather than operating as disconnected services.
  • Manage approvals, quality checks, handoffs and final delivery across workstreams.
  • Conduct project close-out covering final cost, margin, KPI results, client feedback, operational learnings and outstanding actions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Project Management, Marketing, Communication, Media, Events, Business or related field.
  • Typically 4-6+ years managing multi-workstream projects in agency, media, marketing, branded content, events, integrated campaigns or related environments.
  • Strong project-management discipline across timeline, budget, scope, risk, approvals and stakeholder coordination.
  • Experience coordinating multiple specialist teams and external vendors; the role does not need to be the functional expert in every service.
  • Commercial awareness of project budgets, internal resource costing, margin and change control.
  • Strong client-service and communication skills with the judgment to know what can be resolved operationally and what must be escalated.
  • Highly organized, proactive and comfortable managing several projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with content, social/community and event/experience workflows is highly desirable.
