Job Description:
- Act as Project Owner for fashion collections, from business planning and product development to launch and performance review.
- Develop collection and product strategies based on fashion trends, consumer insights,market opportunities, and competitor analysis.
- Plan product assortment, pricing, sales forecast, and P&L to achieve business and collection targets.
- Identify new product, collaboration, market, and distribution opportunities to drive business growth.
- Monitor sales performance and use data insights to optimize product portfolio and future collection planning.
- Work closely with internal teams including Design, Marketing Communication, Digital, Sales, and Product teams to ensure successful collection launches.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in Fashion, Retail, Merchandising, Product Development, Business Development, or related fields.
- Strong interest in fashion, products, consumer trends, and retail business.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business and product opportunities.
- Good understanding of sales planning, forecasting, pricing, and P&L is an advantage.
- Result-oriented, self-driven, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Creative, collaborative, and comfortable working across different functions in a fast-paced environment.
