Responsibilities:
- Own the sourcing strategy for the brand’s core fabrics and key raw materials
- Negotiate pricing to secure the best possible cost without compromising quality
- Independently analyze cost structures and preliminary P&L, providing critical input for NPD and leadership to greenlight production
- Represent the company at a professional level, negotiating and building strategic relationships with leading suppliers both locally and internationally
- Continuously expand a network of high-quality suppliers to strengthen cost leverage and reduce supply chain risk
- Build accurate, fully traceable procurement documentation and data systems that scale with the brand’s growth
- Champion sustainability standards by selecting suppliers that meet international certifications (e.g., OEKO-TEX) to elevate the brand’s reputation
Qualifications:
- 30+ years old and have at least 5 years of direct experience in fabric/textile sourcing or procurement within fashion, with a proven track record
- A true negotiator β you close deals through data and confidence, not just talk
- Bring professional-level discipline and precision β systematic, with zero gaps in numbers ordocumentation
- Have the presence and credibility to represent the company independently in executive-level negotiations
- Communicate fluently in business English (Mandarin is a plus)
- Have deep knowledge of fabrics and textile materials
Working Days: Office 1-3 Days/Week
Working time: Mon – Fri 09:00 AM- 06:00 PM
