Ananta Jewelry, Thailand’s leading luxury jewelry brand, is looking for a highly driven and strategic Brand & Marketing Strategy Associate to join our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO, playing a key part in driving the brand’s direction, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring marketing initiatives are executed with consistency, creativity, and clarity.

We are looking for a Sales Leader to manage a team of 25 across 5 boutiques, locations and elevate our customer experience to the next level.

Your Responsibilities
- Lead and coach Sales Associates across 5 boutiques to consistently meet targets
- Train the team in storytelling, product knowledge, and refined service standards
- Monitor daily floor operations and ensure smooth coordination with stock and visuals
- Foster a culture of client-first service through CRM and meaningful follow-up
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to align brand and sales
- Act as a brand ambassador — warm, polished, emotionally intelligent
Who We Need
- Age 30–40, with at least 3 years of experience leading sales teams
- Passionate about luxury, brand-building, and high-end customer service
- A natural leader who can motivate, train, and inspire a team of 25
- Immaculate, refined, and detail-oriented — your presence reflects the luxury you sell
