Time Out Thailand is looking for a highly organised Content & CMS Coordinator to support the day-to-day publishing of content across our website and social media channels. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in digital publishing, content operations or social media, with an interest in how content reaches audiences across multiple platforms.
Working closely with the Social Media Manager and editorial team, you’ll ensure articles, videos and
campaigns are published accurately, on time and to the highest quality standards.
Main responsibilities:
- Upload, update and publish editorial and commercial content using the company’s Content Management System (CMS).
- Format articles, galleries, videos and other digital content to ensure a consistent user experience.
- Carry out quality assurance checks, ensuring content displays correctly across desktop and mobile before publication.
- Update existing content when required to maintain accuracy and freshness.
- Schedule and publish content across the company’s social media platforms, including
- Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads and other channels as required.
- Ensure posts are correctly formatted and optimised for each platform.
- Maintain publishing schedules and ensure content goes live at the correct time.
- Support the execution of social media campaigns and promotional activity.
- Assist the Social Media Manager with the day-to-day coordination of publishing tasks.
- Monitor publishing workflows and ensure deadlines are met.
- Help maintain consistency across all digital channels through careful attention to detail.
- Communicate with editorial and commercial teams to ensure content is delivered accurately and on schedule.
Requirements:
- Thai nationality.
- 0–2 years’ experience in a CMS, digital publishing or social media role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and their publishing requirements.
- Basic understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS). Experience with WordPress or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Excellent organisational skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Good written communication skills in English.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and a positive team-player mindset.

Salary: 18,000-22,000 Baht per month
