Firefly Group (formerly JYT eCommerce) is a multi-brand food & beverage incubator that builds and scales leading Thai and Southeast Asian F&B concepts such as HAAB (Thai Egg Cake), Layers (Cheesecake), YogurBara (Korean Yogurt), and Haroy (Hat-Yai Fried Chicken). We operate with a data-driven, centralized production model and expand through flagship, pop-up, and franchise formats across Thailand, Malaysia, and beyond.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Content Development: Create compelling written and visual content that aligns with brands voice and supports our marketing objectives.
- Social Media Management: Assist in managing social media platforms by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Visual Storytelling: Collaborate with designers to develop eye-catching graphics, photos, and short videos that reflect our brand identity and resonate with our audience.
- Team Collaboration: Support daily marketing activities and contribute fresh ideas during brainstorming sessions and team meetings.
- Data & Performance Analysis: Use basic analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite) to evaluate content performance, identify trends, and suggest improvements based on data.
Qualifications:
- Certificate or Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
- Basic experience in content creation and social media management (a portfolio is a plus).
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Creative mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to work under deadlines and accept constructive feedback.
- Familiarity with basic design, photo editing, video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut) is a bonus.
- Analytical thinking and interest in learning how to measure digital content performance.
Working Time: Mon-Fri, 11.00-20.00 (Negotiable)
