The Grand Fourwings Convention Hotel | Convention Hotel Bangkok
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to drive bookings, build brand presence, and lead thoughtful, data-informed marketing for Fourwings Convention Hotel across rooms, F&B, events, and MICE.
Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy & Performance
- Plan and manage end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with the hotel’s brand positioning and business objectives (room revenue, F&B, events, convention bookings)
- Analyze campaign performance, booking data, and guest insights to continuously improve results
- Paid Media & Growth
- Manage and optimize paid advertising across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads to drive bookings and event inquiries
- Optimize budgets, ROAS, conversions, and customer acquisition costs
- Social Media & Platform Management
- Collaborate with Content and Creative teams to plan and execute content calendars
- Oversee digital platforms including the hotel website, OTA listings (Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia), LINE OA, CRM tools, and other guest touchpoints
- Influencer & KOL Management
- Plan and coordinate influencer, travel blogger, and KOL collaborations aligned with the hotel’s brand image
- Track campaign performance and evaluate ROI
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong expertise in paid ads, analytics tools, and social media platforms
- Background in hospitality, travel, F&B, or lifestyle brands is a plus
- Familiarity with OTA channels, revenue management, or hotel CRM is a plus
- Data-driven mindset with a strong appreciation for brand identity and aesthetics
