Job description:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Officer to support and execute our day-to-day digital marketing activities. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience who is passionate about fitness, fashion, and lifestyle. From coordinating content and campaigns to monitoring performance and optimizing results, you will work closely with management team to ensure marketing plans are executed smoothly across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy & Planning: Create content, schedule posts, coordinate content publishing, and ensure consistency across Instagram, Facebook, and other brand channels
- Content Creation: Generate fresh ideas for campaigns, photoshoot, events, and partnerships to support brand strategy, drive growth, and foster brand community
- Performance Monitoring: Track daily and weekly performance metrics (reach, engagement, traffic, conversions) and prepare reports with key observations
- Online ads: Set up, monitor, and optimize ads on Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms, including budget pacing and basic targeting adjustments
- KOL & Partner Coordination: Communicate with influencers, agencies, and platform partners regarding posting schedules, deliverables, and campaign requirements
- Website & CRM Support: Update website banners, landing pages, and product highlights, and assist with email/LINE broadcasts and promotional messaging
- Cross-team Collaboration: Coordinate with e-commerce, design, and operations teams to align marketing communications with promotions and product availability
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or online campaign coordination (experience in fashion, sportswear, or lifestyle industries preferred)
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and influencer/KOL marketing
- Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager, Google Analytics (or similar dashboards), and Excel/Google Sheets
- Creative, data-driven, organized, with good communication skills
- Passion for activewear, fitness, and lifestyle trends
- Languages: Thai (native), English (working proficiency)
