Responsibilities:
- Planning, developing, and implementing the company’s digital media strategies.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing strategy focusing on Market Awareness and Lead Generation
- Experience in content creation & Marketing, Create, design, and develop digital marketing operations, including developing a distinct online presence through social media, and integrating content marketing strategies to the channels such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and Line, to support business operations.
- Update and maintain website, Facebook, IG, and other social media platforms content as assigned to support marketing communications.
- Analyzing the digital marketing analytic reports and sharing insights with the team to develop optimization plans Identify trends/insights and initiate new media strategies.
- Provide advice, recommendations, and problem solving about digital marketing to create mutual understanding and improve marketing strategies with new technologies.
- Prepare weekly and monthly plan and progress reports to provide feedback to the Marketing team.
- Contact influencer, foodie To deliver products and promote the company’s products
- Take care of and maintain a customer base that is influencer, foodie, VIP.
- Set up, manage, and scale paid ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.) to achieve high ROAS and low CAC
- Drive measurable improvements in CPC, CPM, CTR through audience targeting, creative testing, and funnel optimization
- Own and analyze the full marketing funnel—from first click to final purchase—and optimize each step to reduce drop-offs
- Analyze customer and sales data across platforms (IG Shop, TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, POS, CRM)
- Present actionable insights from data that have previously driven business results
- Build dashboards and automate reports using tools like GA4, Looker Studio, Google Sheets, or similar
- Collaborate with content, product, and design teams to align performance with brand and customer journey goals
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
- 3-5 years in solid working experience in social media or digital in-house or agencies
- Facebook advertising and AdWords advertising knowledge/experience
- Able to communicate in English as well
- Having positive attitude with eager to learn.
- Proven track record of extracting performance from ad campaigns, not just setting them up
- Deep knowledge of performance metrics, attribution models, and audience strategy
- Strong with GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager
- Comfortable working across multiple data sources and platforms
- Excellent communication: able to turn complex data into decisions for business and creative teams
