Key Responsibilities

  • Track upcoming launches, restocks, and seasonal items with the production team to create tailored marketing plans
  • Coordinate photoshoots, styling direction, product reviews, and launch deliverables.
  • Create and maintain a year-round marketing calendar including collection launches, brand campaigns, collaborations, and events.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings to align teams and ensure timely, brand-aligned execution. Ensure all projects are executed on time and aligned with brand direction.
  • Plan recurring web-based campaigns (weekly, monthly, seasonal) such as promotions, new arrivals, and curated product drops.
  • Brainstorm and develop creative themes for every campaign or photoshoot
  • Collaborate with brand marketing teams to create packaging, and other important things that align with campaigns and special occasions
  • Manage communications and workflows with marketing teams of partner brands
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets for campaigns and activations
  • Stay updated on fashion, lifestyle, and cultural trends across digital and offline channels
  • Provide strategic recommendations and innovative marketing directions aligned with brand growth
  • Create clear campaign plans, timelines, and deliverables in an organized format
  • Lead and summarize meetings, updating relevant groups and stakeholders with action steps

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in fashion, lifestyle, or creative marketing
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking abilities
  • Highly responsible, punctual, and always eager to improve
  • Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills
  • A sharp eye for fashion aesthetics and digital storytelling
  • Knowledge of content tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite) is a plus
  • Fluent in Thai & English

Salary: Open to negotiation — please indicate your expected salary
