A proactive Digital Marketing to support social media communication, manage ad budget allocation, and coordinate with both the Sale Online team, Merchandise team, Creative team and our external ad specialist. The role also includes overseeing livestream operations and supporting the Marketing Manager with day-to-day campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and strategize media planning and communication for ecommerce platforms, Instagram, IG Stories, Line Broadcast, Line Shopping, Official Website, and others.
  • Support campaign mechanics and promotional schemes that fit with the platform’s insight with Key Account.
  • Collaborate and create a creative brief for Creative Team to plan and develop assets and materials to support the Marketplace campaign
  • Ensure100% of the product information, selling price, product photos, and timeline.
  • Ensure overall assets are aligned with the brand identity.
  • Plan, execute, and manage livestreams, including performance tracking and optimization.
  • Ensure inventory stock management is efficient for online and e-commerce sales by working closely with the Merchandise Team.
  • Analysing the digital marketing analytic reports and sharing insights with the team to develop optimization plans Identify trends/insights and initiate new media strategies and technologies.
  • Uploading and organising marketing content such as images, videos, and copy on various platforms.
  • Oversee product display, inventory management, order fulfillment, and branch visits, including monitoring competitor activities.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Marketing or E-Commerce product management or a related field.
  • Experience in Fashion Retail Marketing and / or FMCG is a plus.
  • Experience in E-Content, Ecommerce Platforms, Online advertising, live promotions and ads optimization is a plus.
  • Enthusiastic / proactive / flexible / multi-tasking
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Persuasive but collaborative working attitude.
  • Proven exceptional ability in driving sales, organizational skills, customer service.
  • Strong presentation skills with English proficiency.
  • Good command of English & Thai communication.
