The Rolling Pinn is Bangkok’s boldest and sexiest bakery established in 2018. It began when our CEO, Pinn started baking her favorite desserts which slowly became business when her passion was shared with others. Responsibility
- Monitor and analyze sales performance across all channels, identify trends and opportunities, and develop marketing strategies to drive sales growth and achieve business targets.
- Plan, develop, and implement the company’s digital media strategies.
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies focusing on market awareness and lead generation.
- Create, design, and develop digital marketing activities, including building a distinct online presence and implementing content marketing strategies across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and LINE.
- Update and maintain content on the company’s website, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms to support marketing communications.
- Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Analyze digital marketing performance reports, share insights with the team, identify trends, and develop optimization plans and new media strategies.
- Provide advice, recommendations, and solutions related to digital marketing to improve marketing strategies and effectively adopt new technologies.
- Contact influencers and food reviewers to arrange product deliveries and promote the company’s products.
- Manage four brand accounts: The Rolling Pinn, Choco Gems, K.Pinn, and Baby.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, food reviewers, VIP customers, and other key contacts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies when necessary to execute marketing and design projects.
- Prepare weekly and monthly plans and progress reports for the Marketing team.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining brand and design standards, including brand collaborations involving The Rolling Pinn and Smoothie brands.
- Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions with the Marketing team.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
- 3-5 years in solid working experience in social media or digital in-house, agencies or project management.
- Facebook advertising and AdWords advertising knowledge/experience
- Able to communicate in English as well.
- Having positive attitude with eager to learn.
- Good command in Thai and English and Excellent communication skills.
- Skills: Creativity, Ability in planning and coordination, & Positive attitude.
- Comfortable with multi-stage/complex sales processes.
