Role Overview
- Welcome clients, provide studio tours & offer in-studio support
- Share service & sales info in-person and by phone
- Handle inquiries, complaints & on-the-spot problem solving
- Open/close studio & maintain cleanliness and order
- Manage class bookings, client check-ins & instructor coordination
- Process payments & record transactions accurately
- Track feedback and compile monthly reports for management
- Manage inventory, supplies & internal documents
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Working Hours (Shift-based)
- Weekdays: 06:00–14:00 or 13:00–21:00
- Saturdays or Sundays: 08:00–18:00
- 1 day off/week (Sat or Sun)
Requirements
- Age 22–35, open to all genders
- Min. 1 year experience in front desk or service role; fresh grads with a strong service mindset are welcome
- Good English communication skills
- Organized, friendly, confident, service-driven
- Interest in fitness & wellness (free classes included)
