What You’ll Do
- Digital Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive revenue and brand awareness across both properties.
- Performance Marketing: Manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic) with focus on ROI and conversion optimization.
- SEO & SEM & AEO: Optimize organic search performance and oversee search marketing initiatives.
- Analytics & Insights: Track KPIs, analyze user behavior, and translate data into actionable strategies for continuous improvement.
- E-commerce Optimization: Enhance direct booking channels, optimize website UX, and implement conversion rate optimization tactics.
- Team Leadership: Manage digital marketing initiatives across properties and collaborate with agency partners.
- Marketing Technology: Oversee CRM systems, marketing automation, and digital tools to enhance guest engagement.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in Thai and English
- 3+ years experience in digital marketing with proven track record of driving measurable results
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and marketing automation platforms
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
- Understanding of luxury hospitality market preferred but not required
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities
