About the Role:
We are looking for a Growth Marketing & Sales Manager to drive business growth and generate measurable revenue across multiple sales channels.
This role is responsible for developing growth strategies, creating customer demand, expanding sales channels, and turning opportunities into actual sales. You will work across E-commerce, B2B, Retail Partners, and Modern Trade channels to accelerate the growth of our business.
We are seeking someone who can identify growth opportunities, develop actionable plans, and execute them effectively to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Revenue & Growth Planning
- Develop monthly and quarterly sales growth plans.
- Design strategies to increase revenue across different sales channels.
- Identify growth opportunities and propose new business initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs and drive performance to achieve business targets.
- Demand Generation
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition and sales.
- Develop promotional campaigns and sales-driving activities.
- Analyze customer behavior and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Content and Creative teams to deliver effective, business-focused campaigns.
- E-commerce & Digital Growth
- Manage and grow sales across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and the company website.
- Analyze channel performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work with internal teams to increase traffic, conversion, and revenue.
- Monitor and optimize promotional activities across marketplace platforms.
- Channel Expansion & Business Development
- Identify and develop new sales channels and business opportunities.
- Support the expansion of B2B, Retail, and Modern Trade partnerships.
- Build strategic relationships with business partners and key stakeholders.
- Explore new opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Data & Performance Management
- Analyze sales performance and channel effectiveness.
- Prepare reports and provide recommendations to management.
- Use data-driven insights to improve performance and business outcomes.
- Continuously optimize strategies based on results and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Growth, Business Development, or related fields.
- Proven experience in E-commerce and/or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of revenue generation through both online and offline channels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Results-oriented with a passion for business growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Consumer Goods industries.
- Hands-on experience managing marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
- Understanding of Modern Trade, Retail, and B2B sales channels.
- Interest in or knowledge of Specialty Coffee and Coffee Capsule products.
Working Day: Monday – Friday
Working Time: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: THB 40,000 – 60,000 per month (based on experience)
1-Year Employment Contract with annual performance review, contract renewal consideration, and salary adjustment based on performance
