Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage content across multiple platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and others
- Create content ideas, concepts, and develop content calendars
- Stay updated on social media trends and apply them to the brand
- Coordinate with production, editing, and related teams
- Oversee and manage filming activities both inside and outside the studio
- Prepare and organize all requirements before filming
- Supervise overall production to ensure content follows the planned concept and direction
- Maintain content quality and consistency with the brand image
- Analyze content performance such as reach and engagement to improve future strategies
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet objectives
- Develop fresh ideas and creative concepts to help grow the brand
Qualifications:
- Age 22–35 years old (flexible for candidates with relevant experience)
- Creative and passionate about content creation
- Strong understanding of social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and current trends
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Able to manage and oversee filming both inside and outside the studio
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work under pressure
- Confident in presenting ideas and contributing creative input
- Previous experience in content creation, content management, or related fields is a plus
- Able to travel for on location shoots
- Experience with editing software or content creation tools is a plus
Salary: Negotiable based on experience
