TEENGUU | Sneaker
Role Overview:
We’re looking for passionate content marketer who love Sneaker Culture, Streetwear, and creating content that not only grabs attention but also drives sales.
Teenguu is a young and fast-growing team with an average employee age of just 25 years old. We’re looking for someone who is ready to bring ideas to life and create content that makes an impact.
Responsibilities:
- Develop creative content ideas for both Static and Video Content across social media platforms.
- Write captions, headlines, key messages, scripts, and storytelling concepts.
- Plan content direction, mood & tone, visual concepts, and storyboards.
- Create product-focused content that supports brand awareness, engagement, and sales objectives.
- Manage content calendars and execute content strategies across different stages of the marketing funnel.
- Monitor trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify content opportunities.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, editors, and the marketing team to deliver high-quality content.
- Analyze content performance and use insights to continuously improve results.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in Creative Content or a related role
- Strong understanding of static and short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, etc.)
- Good sense of product presentation, composition, and visual storytelling
- Able to oversee production and maintain content quality, mood, and tone
- Up-to-date with trends and able to adapt them into effective marketing content
- Understand what makes people stop scrolling and what makes them want to buy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in E-commerce, Retail, Fashion, or Sneaker-related businesses
- Able to analyze content performance and use data to improve results
- Proven track record of creating content that generates sales
Salary: 25,000-40,000 THB (based on experience)
