Job Details:

  • HR Operations & Administration
    • Manage day-to-day HR operations including employee records, contracts, and documentation
    • Maintain attendance, leave records, and probation tracking
    • Handle social security registration and coordinate with government agencies
  • Recruitment & Onboarding
    • Coordinate full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and hiring documents
    • Manage asset handover and retrieval for new joiners and leavers
  • Payroll & Benefits
    • Coordinate with accounting team for monthly payroll preparation
    • Manage employee benefits including social security and other
  • Office & Asset Management
    • Maintain company asset register and oversee asset condition
    • Support internal activities and staff engagement
  • HR System & Policy
    • Build and implement HR systems and policies from the ground up
    • Prepare monthly HR reports and headcount dashboard

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in HR, preferably as a generalist or standalone HR
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-growing SME environment
  • A builder mindset — you enjoy creating systems, not just maintaining them
