Job Details:
- HR Operations & Administration
- Manage day-to-day HR operations including employee records, contracts, and documentation
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and probation tracking
- Handle social security registration and coordinate with government agencies
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and hiring documents
- Manage asset handover and retrieval for new joiners and leavers
- Payroll & Benefits
- Coordinate with accounting team for monthly payroll preparation
- Manage employee benefits including social security and other
- Office & Asset Management
- Maintain company asset register and oversee asset condition
- Support internal activities and staff engagement
- HR System & Policy
- Build and implement HR systems and policies from the ground up
- Prepare monthly HR reports and headcount dashboard
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- At least 3–5 years of experience in HR, preferably as a generalist or standalone HR
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing SME environment
- A builder mindset — you enjoy creating systems, not just maintaining them
