We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR to join our team. 
You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company’s objectives and promote a positive work culture. Supporting all aspects of human resources;

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the organization’s goals and objectives.
    • Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business strategies.
    • Conduct regular analysis of HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
    • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
    • Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and others to attract top-quality candidates.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Foster work environment by promoting effective communication, conflict resolution, and teamwork.
    • Handle employee relations matters, including performance issues, disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Performance Management:
    • Implement performance management systems and processes, including goal setting, performance assessment, and development plans.
    • Provide guidance and support to team and management on performance-related matters.
    • Identify development needs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Compensation and Benefits Report:
    • assisting in compensation & benefits, ensuring competitiveness, fairness, and compliance with legal requirements.
    • Conduct salary surveys and market research to maintain competitive salary structures and benefit offerings.
    • Manage the annual performance review process and coordinate salary adjustments and bonus programs.
  • Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee performance and support career development.
    • Coordinate and deliver training sessions
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training
  • Compliance:
    • Stay updated on employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
    • Maintain accurate HR records, including employee files, personnel transactions, and legal documents.
    • Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies
    • Employment Law Compliance: Strong knowledge of local, national, and international labor laws, ensuring organizational policies and procedures comply with legal requirements.
    • Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution: Skilled in managing disciplinary actions, grievances, and terminations in line with labor law and ethical practices.
    • Policy Development & Enforcement: Ability to draft, update, and implement HR policies and handbooks in compliance with employment laws and regulations.
    • Workplace Investigations: Experienced in conducting internal investigations regarding harassment, misconduct, or discrimination, ensuring confidentiality and fairness.
    • Contract Management: Familiar with reviewing employment contracts, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and termination clauses to mitigate legal risk.
    • Data Protection & Confidentiality: Understanding of legal requirements around employee data and GDPR compliance (if relevant).
    • Visa & Immigration Compliance: Experience managing legal requirements for hiring foreign employees (if applicable to your country/region).

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and selection techniques, performance management, and compensation principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office suite
  • HR certification is a plus
