Influencer Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic KOL marketing plans that align with the brand’s image and objectives, both short-term and long-term.
  • Identify, select, and manage relationships with KOLs, influencers, and bloggers in fashion, lifestyle, and other relevant target segments.
  • Negotiate and oversee the end-to-end collaboration process with KOLs—including briefing, agreement of terms, product delivery, 
and content review.
  • Monitor campaign performance both quantitatively eg reach, engagement, conversions and content quality.
  • Analyze results and prepare campaign performance reports 
to support future improvements.
  • Build and maintain a KOL database categorized by audience 
segment, and platform
  • Stay up-to-date with KOL trends and consumer behavior 
to identify new, brand-aligned communication strategies.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, 
or a related field.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in roles related to Influencer Marketing, PR, Social Media, or the Fashion & Lifestyle industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of social media and digital platforms 
such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Creative mindset and passion for keeping up with fashion and 
lifestyle trends.
