Key Responsibilities:
- Creator & Influencer Coordinator
- Research and reach out to influencers, creators, micro-creators, and models who match each HOWDY brand and campaign
- Coordinate gifting, seeding, collaborations, fittings, deliveries, and follow-ups
- Keep track of ongoing collaborations, gifting status, and published content
- Content & Shoot Support
- Coordinate with Content Creators on upcoming shoots
- Help source locations, props, references, models, and other shoot requirements
- Prepare clothing and accessories before shoots, including steaming, organizing looks, and packing
- Assist during studio and on-location shoots
- Capture BTS, casual iPhone content, and social-first moments when needed
- Help organize samples, garment racks, props, and other content materials
- Support day-to-day shoot logistics and coordination
- Support day-to-day brand coordination across HOWDYCLOUDS and HOWDYCOAT
Qualifications:
- Loves fashion, Instagram, TikTok, creators, and internet culture
- Has a good visual eye and understands the HOWDY aesthetic
- Is naturally curious and constantly discovers new people, places, brands, and trends
- Is friendly and confident communicating with creators and external partners
- Is highly organized and good at following up
- Is proactive and comfortable taking initiative
- Is comfortable with both creative tasks and practical, hands-on work
- Is happy working on location and helping during shoots or events
- Can take good photos and videos on a phone — a big plus
- Has strong attention to detail
- Can manage multiple moving pieces without losing track of them
- Living in or near Central Bangkok is a plus, as this role involves frequent travel between locations
- Has access to a car and is comfortable travelling around Bangkok for shoots, events, pickups, and product transportation
