Responsible For:
- Live Preparation Support
- Prepare products, outfits, props, and equipment before live sessions
- Organize live room and ensure readiness before each live
- Product & Stock Coordination
- Manage live stock and organize product collections
- Support product withdrawal and return process
- Coordinate product borrowing between teams
- KOL & Schedule Coordination
- Assist in coordinating schedules with KOLs and internal teams
- Prepare products for at-home live sessions
- Live Session Support
- Support live operation during streaming sessions
- Monitor product flow and assist with live changes if needed
- Reporting & Administrative Support
- Support sales summary and live performance reporting
- Assist with expense documents and operati onal paperwork
- Cross-functional Support
- Support marketing and campaign-related activities as assigned
Authorities
- Decision-Making Authority
- Manage and organize live stock and product collections within assigned scope
- Coordinate product borrowing and return process between teams
- Management and Execution Authority
- Oversee live room setup and product preparation before each session
- Support live operation and monitor product flow during streaming
- Coordination and Consulting Authority
- Coordinate schedules with KOLs and internal teams
- Support cross-functional marketing and campaign activities as assigned

Qualifications:
- Working Experiences
- 0–2 years of experience in live commerce, e-commerce operations, or related fields
- Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in live streaming or content production is a plus
- Experience coordinating with KOLs or managing product stock is an advantage
Other Requirements:
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
- Able to work under pressure and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Flexible with working hours; able to support live sessions on weekends or outside regular hours if needed
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Basic understanding of live commerce or e-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Lazada, Shopee) is a plus
- Good command of Thai; basic English communication is an advantage
