Your Role
We’re looking for someone who can blend strategy with creativity — someone who’s as good with campaign dashboards as they are with big ideas. You’ll lead our marketing strategy, from sales-driven launches to TikTok-ready storytelling, and make sure our jars keep flying off the shelf.
What You’ll Do
- Lead marketing campaigns across online channels (Shopee, TikTok Shop, LINE, etc.)
- Analyze what works (and what doesn’t) — from ads to affiliate performance
- Build smart strategies to grow customer love and lifetime value
- Guide content that’s on-brand and scroll-stopping
- Collaborate on live-selling, launches, pop-ups, and creator partnerships
- Own marketing KPIs — sales, reach, ROAS, and retention
Who You Are
- 2–4 years in performance marketing, campaign strategy, or e-commerce
- Fluent in Meta Ads, Shopee Ads, Google Analytics, LINE OA, etc.
- You speak both spreadsheet and storytelling
- Data-informed, not data-obsessed
- You can zoom out to plan, and zoom in to execute
- Based in (or willing to relocate to) Khon Kaen

Salary
Negotiable based on experience and capability.
